We will be delighted to show you the city of Lima through a city tour. You will discover the historic center and the tourist and residential areas so as to get acquainted with your new city and choose your future housing district.

Property management (paid service**)
You do not have to worry about not speaking Spanish and malfunctioning appliances or leaking faucets. Throughout the entire length of your stay you can entrust us with your relationships with the landlord, neighbors and local building administration. We will resolve any conflicts or misunderstandings, facilitate rent prolongation, and assist you with any early rental contract termination.

Lease termination (paid service**)
Too often early or even expected termination of a rental contract becomes a sensitive issue. CMI International will oversee the rental contract termination, the return of the security deposit (according to the contract terms), and protect your interests in case of disputes.
Note: If the lease is terminated due to the fault of the landlord, we will assist you with finding an alternative accommodation for FREE.

Get your bills paid (paid service**)
Water, phone, electricity, “ground tax” (see characteristics of Lima apartments), cable TV, Internet, etc.
