CMI INTERNATIONAL was founded by European entrepreneurs in 2002 and then acquired its present name in 2005. It is one of the first companies created to assist expatriates to find modern and elegant apartments or houses in the most prestigious areas of Lima. Ninety five percent of our clients are members of the expatriate community.

We are privileged to work with corporate clients, various organizations and companies such as I.B.M., Nokia, Kodak, Marriott Hotel, Backus & Johston, City Bank, Lan, Philips, Colleges and Universities, several NGOs, Amnesty International, UNO, foreign investors, as well as most of the Embassies.

We work in residential and commercial real estate, providing assistance with lease, purchase and sales in the most elegant areas of Lima. We actively represent tenants, buyers and landlords. Because the landlords pay the cost of our service, CMI International is FREE to tenants or buyers.
